With a ten plus year history of working with Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North, first for a used RX 350 and then purchasing plus servicing of my 2020 NX300H SUV used by me since 2020 in KC, I now needed a Lexus Kansas City North, first for a used RX 350 and then purchasing plus servicing of my 2020 NX300H SUV used by me since 2020 in KC, I now needed a smaller and specifically shorter SUV hybrid with good safety features and AWD. This latter purchase would be driven to and kept in the northwest. I wanted a reliable car which would be acquired from my reliable “go to” dealership. I was introduced to Dennis DeGoosh by my Hendrick Service Manager and had a most productive and supportive experience. I bought a pre-owned certified Lexus UX 250h, with low mileage and which drives very well. Dennis did a thorough job of explaining the various features, which is no mean feat with newer cars. I was treated respectfully and given straight forward information about the car.
