I love Lexus vehicles but unfortunately my RX 500h is a 2023 model and the transmission has been replaced twice. So my beef is with the Toyota Corporation. It's not the mechanics fault or service peoples fault. They can't fix what is not fixable. Bad Trannys, Mr. Toyota has to deal with this . Lexus is a great company. But they have to be responsible for a vehicle they ask people to pay 70k +... Thanks Robert Cheng More

I bought my car at Hendrick Lexus, and have it serviced there. I work with Jen Tracy in service and would highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything concerning my there. I work with Jen Tracy in service and would highly recommend her.
