Brian Veal was our service advisor. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and helpful. We used the concierge service, which is an appreciated option since we live 60 miles He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and helpful. We used the concierge service, which is an appreciated option since we live 60 miles away. They did our 40k service and sent a video of the inspection and recommendations beyond the standard service. We chose to have 2 of 3 recommended services completed but there was no pressure to do any of them. Three of our wheels had "kissed the curb" a few times and they were repaired and look like new! Communication was easy and clear and our car was returned at the promised time. We could not be more pleased with Brian and the service team! More
