Great service from Brian at Hendrick Lexus, but I'm officially done with Lexus over poor craftmanship of their vehicles. I have a 2004 Lexus RX330 that has a dash with over 100 cracks and a 2008 Lexus officially done with Lexus over poor craftmanship of their vehicles. I have a 2004 Lexus RX330 that has a dash with over 100 cracks and a 2008 Lexus GX470 (Pearl White) where paint is chipping off the car all over. Both definitely manufacturing defects, but Lexus would not honor fixing their mistakes. I just purchased a 2025 Chevrolet 2500 HD High Country 6.6L Gas. Awesome truck. I still have one other 2014 Lexus GX460, but expect that I will trade it in next year for a Chevrolet Tahoe High Country.
