Hendricks Lexus’ service department has been absolutely fantastic to me. I had a couple of issues with my car after purchasing it used at another Lexus dealership, I brought it to Hendricks and Craig, a se fantastic to me. I had a couple of issues with my car after purchasing it used at another Lexus dealership, I brought it to Hendricks and Craig, a service advisor, took necessary steps to not only fix my car but collaborate with the dealership with which I had recently bought my car to cover the expenses. Craig and his team truly went above and beyond and I am forever grateful for the high level of service and customer care he has provided me throughout our time working together. I would recommend Hendrick Lexus and more specifically their service department to anyone in the area that owns a Lexus. I am a long term Lexus owner. I have had 7 Lexuses over the past 20 years. I was having a problem with the lane assist and blind spot monitoring setting on my wifes RX, and it too I have had 7 Lexuses over the past 20 years.
