Always an awesome experience when I come to Hendrick Lexus Northlake. I had a light come on the dash and stopped by without an appointment to inquire what the light meant. Omar was my service associate, Lexus Northlake. I had a light come on the dash and stopped by without an appointment to inquire what the light meant. Omar was my service associate, he explained the alert and was concerned about me leaving without service. I expressed to him I was not able to stay because I was heading to work. Omar insisted he could help and wanted to make sure I was safe. I was able to get a loaner and have my car serviced. He could have just answered my question and sent me on my way but he was genuinely concerned and made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate him for that! More
