Chase Ward did a great job of coordinating the 6 month service of my new RX. I will call him for future service. The 'mechanical' service was great - well done. Just one odd thing; I don't mind if someone turns on my radio but don't know who or why they reprogrammed station settings . I would not have even noticed but they eliminated the station I usually listen to. Since the car is new I now have to go into the owners manual to figure out how to reprogram 'my station' (not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying). More
