"I was every car salespersons nightmare due to so many of my unrealistic expectations". Jay helped me in making my purchase and he was very patient with all my needs and expectations. He allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles prior to making my final choice in purchasing my Lexus F200. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service! He was extremely patient with me, very honest and made me feel so comfortable with my purchase every step of the way! Most importantly he was honest and provided me with so much knowledgeable information. From start to finish Jay and his team made our purchase extremely stress free. The entire purchase was less than three hours. Which included a complete walk through from bumper to bumper provided by Jay himself, he educated me in great detail about my vehicle and concluded a final in person educational briefing hosted by his IT colleagues whom walked me through all of my interior features and answered any questions/concerns I had. Jay has made this experience extremely wonderful and a happy moment that I will forever be grateful for!!! I did not have a good buying experience from Hendrick Lexus I was sold a 2019 Lexus NX 300 from Hendrick Lexus Northlake on Dec.27th which took over 3 hrs to make a deal with the Salesperson, Jay Miano and his I was sold a 2019 Lexus NX 300 from Hendrick Lexus Northlake on Dec.27th which took over 3 hrs to make a deal with the Salesperson, Jay Miano and his Manager. Since purchasing the car, I have made calls to Jay about some issues I was having. All my calls went to his voicemail in which I left messages for him to call me back. I have never received a phone call from Jay. The only way I was able to get him on the phone was to call the main line at the dealership. In which I expressed my concerns with needing to know more about the Lexus Apps and downloading Google Mapping to my new car. Jay could not help me but said he would have someone from his I.T. Dept to get back to me. I have yet to hear from anybody at Hendrick Lexus about this and when I call Jay's phone, it goes straight to voicemail. So you might say that I am not feeling the Great Buying Experience From Hendrick Lexus at Northlake. They want to sell you a car but I feel like they are not much of helping you after the sale. C.B.
