Good morning I wanted to share about my experience with Milton Jackson at Hendrick Lexus. Let me first say that I have never had such a flawless experience before with purchasing a car. I saw the car that Milton Jackson at Hendrick Lexus. Let me first say that I have never had such a flawless experience before with purchasing a car. I saw the car that I wanted online and then reached out to Mr. Jackson. I have a very busy job in healthcare that requires me to attend meetings throughout the day. I never had to come in to handle anything. Mr. Jackson kept me informed throughout the entire process with phone calls and text messages. When Mr. Jackson checked on the original vehicle that I wanted the response was that the vehicle was no longer available. No problem Mr. Jackson said I will find you what you like. He didn't try to put me in a car that he had, he went looking for what I liked. Mr. Jackson sent me cars to look at via text message which again was very helpful as my agenda for the day was full. After looking at several cars Mr. Jackson said let me check on the original car as it is still showing as available in my system. I waited and within 30 minutes he reached back out and said that it was in fact available. Milton got the car and sent me a video of the inside and outside of the car. I was pleased and we moved forward with the process. I arrived at the dealership at 6 pm to test drive the car and by 7:10 I was on my way home.
