He was easy to work with, explained things clearly, and answered all of my questions. He was even gracious enough to call my insurance company to verify my coverage when I didn't bring a current insurance card with me. I feel like he didn't have to do that but wanted to be as helpful as possible, knowing I needed to get back to work quickly. I'm very happy with my experience in dealing with him and the dealership. Poor cusomer servisedont, dont count on any recall follow up I went to this location and had service done on my car which was fine, the problem started when it was brought to my attention that i had a recall on I went to this location and had service done on my car which was fine, the problem started when it was brought to my attention that i had a recall on my door panels and needed them replaced which they suggested putting my name down for and getting it done. months went by ....no updates, a year went by with no updates i kept calling and was told that they have not arrived yet. i asked them to let me know once it arrives and they agreed. a few months later i had to order a part for my car and wet there this is months after my many attempts on getting any updates on recalled door panels with no luck ....and i asked them again about my door panels and if they knew anything about a time these will arrive. i was told "oh we don't do those anymore, i will have the service manager call you on Monday when he comes in" i never received a call....No one even bothered to let me know this wasn't going to be done after all. i have been getting the run around for months on. My question is how do you take names down for a recall item and end up not fixing the issue anymore!!! anyways bad experience and poor customer service. More
