I drive an extra 20 mins every time i need service to Hendrick Northlake because they are simply the best experience. My service advisor (Chase) takes time to explain exactly what needs done, WHY it needs done, what is recommended and the pros and cons of not doing them. One two separate occasions there was an issue that the service advisor was notified of and he was able to determine if the warranty could cover the issue and get it approved before I was even able to reach out to him to discuss. This is the exceptional level of service i experience every time i go to Hendrick Northlake. It makes the extra time in the drive worth it to me. I will never go anywhere else for my service.
