Brock was supportive of my busy schedule, my vehicle needs while my vehicle was in service, and solid recommendations as to service requirements my vehicle may or may not need. I recently bought a new 2023 RX 350 from Jeremiah at Kendrick. After bringing the car home I had some issues with the technology. Kendrick brought me a loaner car and took my RX back to the dealership t Kendrick. After bringing the car home I had some issues with the technology. Kendrick brought me a loaner car and took my RX back to the dealership to replace a computer part. Eventually the part came and Kendrick had my car returned and had one of the Tech's demonstrate the Technology in the car. I am very happy with the car, and buying it with the help of Jeremiah was made easy. Brock Ward in the Service dept. kept me updated and called to make sure I was happy as did Robbie, I believe he is a service manager. I would buy another car from Kendrick and encourage friends and family to buy there as well. More
