Scott was the salesman we worked with, and was the best experience we have had so far purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Can't say enough about how important that is these days with people truly showing they care, and not just to make a sale. Says alot about the the Hendrick Dealership in general and what they strive for. His customer support has also been top notch with the few questions we had after the purchase. Everyone else we dealt with to complete the deal was highly professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. Overall was a great experience! Thank you! More

My first time dealing with this dealership and perhaps may be my last. The communication was very poor. Initially scheduled service for a recall on 6/10/21 and finally got that work completed on 7/20/21 a may be my last. The communication was very poor. Initially scheduled service for a recall on 6/10/21 and finally got that work completed on 7/20/21 after two visits. They didn’t have parts during first visit and never contacted me once parts were in. In addition, they failed to install a trim piece that was ordered during 6/10 visit.
