Our buying experience at Hendrick was exceptional. Our sales rep, Chris Kriak was very knowledable, friendly and answered all our questions during our time with him. When we completed our sales process, he had one of their service techs give us a complete indoctrination of our new car. He explained how all the options worked and even programmed our garage remote and cellphones to the new car. I highly recommend Hendrick Mercedes and Chris Kriak as a sales rep. More
