I went to this dealership recently to test drive with the intention to buy a 2020 GLS. While at the time everyone I worked with was very nice and friendly, I have since had a very different experience. My h intention to buy a 2020 GLS. While at the time everyone I worked with was very nice and friendly, I have since had a very different experience. My husband & I wanted a black car with dark interior. A white with dark interior was offered to me which wouldn’t meet my needs and asked if the could send me information in their black cars and what options were on the. I was sent some specs of black cars with beige interior with a rather blunt statement Telling me if I chose to buy a black car with dark interior they would not be offering any discounts. They could offer me discounts on any other color but not black due to its popularity. I explained this is not what I’m looking for and asked if they could let me know what they could find in the colors I’m looking for. Since that time I have made calls, left voicemails, and sent emails. I have received ABSOLUTELY no response back, not even something letting me know they couldn’t find what I am looking for. Ian extremely disappointed with this dealership and Mercedes. This is not the experience I anticipated while shopping for an $80000 luxury car with a company of Mercedes’ reputation. I would not recommend Hendrick’s as a dealership to family & friends and this wouldn’t recommend them on the Internet either. This experience has me questioning if I want to purchase a Mercedes at all. Very Disappointing! More

I purchased a bmw from this dealership. It was night time when I got there because I live in Hickory. The sales man showed me on the papper work were o was charged for "paint correction ", he stated they fix when I got there because I live in Hickory. The sales man showed me on the papper work were o was charged for "paint correction ", he stated they fix all the paint scuffs and chips. It was 600 hundred dollars! Well next upon inspecting the car the paint had a lot of very bad damage to one door and the front bumper. I took pictures and confronted then sales man. They stated the best they can do is give me a discount on painting both parts. I asked what did I pay 600 dollars for, why no response. They have sence stopped returning my calls. I also had the card stop running (this car was a certified pre own bmw) with in 6 months. Again I confronted them and asked what does certified mean if you dont find problems or warranty stuff that breaks that soon. Told me " it's just to look the car over for peice of mind" well I sure have that now dont I?? More

My service representative, Joey Tillis meet me, I recently had a check engine light come on. I immediately went to the dealer without an appointment. My service representative, Joey Tillis meet me, told me what he thought the problem was, had a technician check the car, arranged a loaner car, and called me later in the day to tell me what they had found and when my car would be ready. It is so good to have a deciated service representative who knows me and my Mercedes. Joey makes all the difference. More
