I work and travel for work alot and have always been able to get in and out of the dealership quickly. Chris Biche is the Service Manager with whom I have worked; he has been very professional, thorough and has made solid recommendations in terms of maintenance for my car and also told me things that I didn't need to do. The staff is really nice throughout. I recognize that there are other service options near my office but I would rather drive to Hendrick and work with the people I know and trust. More

I have been buying new cars since age 20 and am now in my 60's. Tim Calo is the "Best". He listens to his customers and works with them to the best of his ability. I never have seen him upset, he stays calm no matter how angry the customer gets. I have delt with numerous service managers at different dealerships in past years.
