CLS 400 2016 When we picked up the car and brought it home in the evening we didn't see that the paint and windows had a film/marks that wouldn't come out with was When we picked up the car and brought it home in the evening we didn't see that the paint and windows had a film/marks that wouldn't come out with washing. We called Shea White and told him of the problem. He sent a driver from Charlotte to Greenville and picked up the car the following morning and left us a loaner.. Shea White said they would have it fixed in 24 hours. We drove down today to pick it up and found it in the showroom under the lights so we could make a close inspection. The paint issue/problem had been handled. Shea and Gant are true professionals, that listen to their customer concerns and made things right. We plan do do future business not because they have Mercedes, but because they had a problem, jumped on it and made it right. They both exceeded our expectations More
