Horrible Experience I bought my car to Hendricks for service in August for a diagnostic to provide me with feedback on what was wrong with it because the battery would no I bought my car to Hendricks for service in August for a diagnostic to provide me with feedback on what was wrong with it because the battery would not hold a charge. After the diagnostic was done, I was advised that all I needed was a battery from Mercedes and that would solve all my problems. So I advised Brad to go ahead and replace the battery. After the battery was replaced and the car was being detailed, I received a call advising me that all the fluids had come out the bottom of my vehicle and that my car was stuck in the car wash. I was advise that I could pay $186 for another type diagnostic to be performed so it could tell me what the problem was. At that time I was frustrated. I sent my husband to the dealership to speak with the service manager because the car was running when it came in and it wasn’t my fault that the car broke and the diagnostic should be taken care of by Mercedes because it was in their care not mine. Shortly after this I loss my son in a tragic car accident so I forgot all about what was going on with the car. I had to deal with my other children and my battle with depression. December I called Brad and advised him to go ahead with the diagnostic and call me to tell me what the issue was. This time it was the radiator hose that I had repaired back in July. So I said go ahead and fix it. I was called and told the part had to be ordered and it should be in the next day. After that I was never notified that the part came in, if the car was fixed or anything. My brother called to take care of the bill and was never able to get in contact with Brad. He called and asked me did Brad ever work because he is never able to get him on the line. January 23, I came to picked the car up from the dealership and all the lights were on in the dashboard. The associate that drove the car under the bay was baffled and confused and stated for me to wait to talk to Brad about the light on in the dashboard. I was advised that the car was fine and that the car needed to be driven for 2 hours and everything will be fine. I drove the car for an hour and the car shut off and started smoking with my 2 year old child in the car in the middle of the snow storm. I called Brad to advise what happen but he was not available and I never received a call from him. I spoke with Tom the service manager and told him what had occurred and he said he would be glad to look at the car but the car was there since August. What does that have to do with the situation at hand? I was told the car was fine and just imagine if I wasn’t pulling up in my neighborhood and was on the interstate like how I planned, things could have went very differently. I had my car towed to the dealership on Monday and I have not received a call to say what is wrong or what they think maybe the issue. I had my car repaired at this very same dealership where I was advised I had a gas leak. I had the leak repaired only to find out that I still had the leak some months later and I had to bring the car back in for the same repair after I had paid about $1800. I think that some of the people at this dealership are very rude and very unprofessional. I dealt with Blake before and he was very kind and very helpful. I contacted him before when I was unable to get in contact with Brad. The communication at Hendricks service department provided is very poor. Sent several emails and never received a response. Called several times and no none wanted to help More

Shea White did everything in his power to make sure I was happy with my purchase, including following up with me the days following getting my car to check in. Danny made the financial process a breeze and worked hard to get me the approval I needed for my loan, which was a huge deal for me as a new grad with only 2 months of work and a whole lotta student debt with minimal credit to my name. They both worked magic for me!!! More

From the moment I walked in the dealership, I was introduced to both Shea White (client advisor) and Miller Warren (General Sales Mgr.). They treated me like gold and I had one of the most quality driven experiences I could have found anywhere. Shea and Miller were responsive and were in my opinion some of the best in the business. I returned 2 days later to conclude the purchase and learned that Miller was unavailable due to something away from the office and I was introduced to Nancy Wilkinson who handled my loan and purchase with a smile on her face and just another fine example of the Hendrick family atmosphere.......Thanks for a great and awesome experience......Mike Harris More
Eric Duval is the reason we bought 2 cars within a month Great buying experience. I went to check out cars and had no intention of purchasing the car that day. I don't know how he did it but not only did he get the car I wanted but also within my price range. I did not have to compromise on giving up some features or settling for another car like some other dealerships. Eric Duval is the reason I went from being a BMW owner to Mercedes. He exemplifies excellent customer service and goes out of his way to make the car buying experience an enjoyable one. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes. I would highly recommend buying a car at Hendricks. More

This was the 10th Merxedes I have purchased from this dealership over the years. Gantt Howell and Sean Taffe made this purchase the best and easiest process I have experienced. Gantt was able to locate the best car to meet my requirements. The purchase and vehicle delivery process handled professionally as expeditiously by Sean. Sean is a perfectionist who made sure the paperwork flow, vehicle condition and vehicle turnover was first class. His excellent product knowledge allowed him to train my wife and me about the significant references versus our 2012 S550. All the loose end were tied done and addressed. If you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes see Hendrick Charlotte and you will have an equally great experience in addition to the best vehicle - Mercedes. More
