I purchased a used car model I had chased all over the Charlotte area with various dealers. Upon my first visit to meet with Shea White I was put at ease that they were going to have my best interests at heart when it came to rates, prices, and other important areas. We quickly and easily worked through the numbers portion and arrived at a figure both sides could love with. It was painless. They got me a strong rate quickly and I was out the door shortly after. I found Shea, Miller, and Derek all easy to work with. No hassles and wasting my time. As I waited for all the paperwork to get processed I was not an afterthought and felt like the employees were genuinely wanting me to be comfortable while I waited. Shea was professional, but also very personable. I will recommend him to friends and family for sure. This was very different to the other 5 dealers I visited in the days before, much better with Shea. More

My First Mercedes I had spent quite awhile looking online for my first Mercedes. When I saw one that I liked, I contacted Shea White who has helped my family with sever I had spent quite awhile looking online for my first Mercedes. When I saw one that I liked, I contacted Shea White who has helped my family with several cars. Once I arrived at the dealership, Shea went through all of the features and explained how to operate the different functions available. He went into further detail as I drove the vehicle. When we returned, we went over numbers and my trade in. Shea went to bat for me and got me the best deal possible. Once we finished up with the financing manager, Shea walked me out to my new car and again went over the different functions. I left the dealership feeling confidant in my purchase! I had a great experience at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte and would highly recommend Shea White to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

I had an appointment to look at a vehicle and was immediately greeted when I arrived. The Sales Manager introduced himself and personally walked me over to a Sales Associate, who was also expecting me. Shea White was my salesman and he took care of me (and later my wife) from beginning to end. He was professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was investigating. He took the time to cruise the website (at my request) for comparable vehicles, before we went to the lot. I'm already planning for my next purchase. It was also pretty cool to be driven through the Service Intake area and the actual Repair Area after the test drive. More

Efram was not high pressure, he was respectful, listened to what my needs were as well as my daughter(the vehicle was being purchased for her. He answered all of our questions, helped with options that we were interested in, and acted in a courteous and professional manner. When the negotiated price was involved in the buying process, Gant Howell the sales Manager was respectful,fair, and straight forward. I would give he and Efram a five star rating. When visiting with Danny Rodriquez, he handled the finance purchase of the vehicle in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. My over all experience with Hendrick Mercedes of Charlotte was exceptional. I would not hessitate to recommend this first class dealership to friends or family. More
