This car buying experience was ?unique because Hendrick actually knew the difference between buying a car and creating a relationship. I traded a car and purchased a new one and was treated with respect on both deals. Everyone knows what I am talking about, you get a deal on one and lose on the other car. After the first transaction it was evident to me where I would shop for cars from that day forward and up to now I have purchased 9 cars from Hendrick. I think you have to feel comfortable with all aspects of the dealership, not just sales, but service and the facility you will be spending time over the years.
