I recently just bought my 3rd Porsche from this dealer and Greg Dressler was amazing for this purchase as it was done from out of state. I was already familiar with the Cayanne as its my 2nd but to have the paperwork flow seamless and the service follow up before shipping to me all with Gregs involvement and support went smooth. I know there are levels of service but the trust it takes with a relationship I experienced with Greg and Hendrick is why I will always only by a Porsche from Hendrick. Trust is paramount!! More

Do not do business with this dealership. Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give less than 0 stars I would. Salesperson (Ian) contacts me in the morning to let me know he has the car Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give less than 0 stars I would. Salesperson (Ian) contacts me in the morning to let me know he has the car I’m looking for (2020 911 S). Sends me photos, the build sheet and price. Further, he tells me the car is not advertised yet, that it’s getting detailed and that he wanted to let me know first, leading me to believe that he is holding the car for me and there are no other prospective buyers at the time. He also gives me the price. I tell him I’m interested and we set an appointment for 2 pm. I send him a message before my appointment letting him know that I’m running 30 minutes late. To which he replies, that another salesperson is out on a test drive and he’ll let me know if it sells. At this point, I offer to give a deposit which he nor his manager (Dominic) would take. I go to the dealership for my appointment and both Ian and his manager tell me that they’ve sold the car and there is nothing they can do about it. I have bought three cars from the Hendrick group in Charlotte but I suppose loyalty and customer relationships mean nothing to these people. They are just transactional and only interested in the next dollar. Zero integrity. More

I recently purchased a Porsche Panamera4 from Greg Dressel and could not have been happier. I bought another Porsche from another dealer and did not like the experience. I'm happy to be back in the Hendrick Porsche family as I have bought 5 cars from Hendrick. I purchased a CPO GT3 from them in January (long distance). While I do love the car, I have to question the CPO process when the car was delivered with overfilled oil and an aftermarket exhaust tha distance). While I do love the car, I have to question the CPO process when the car was delivered with overfilled oil and an aftermarket exhaust that had the tips pushed up against the rear bumper. So far I have been unable to get any CPO documentation from them. There was also a price change on this car while we were working on exchanging money (again long distance). I was told I would receive the $5k back as a refund from my downpayment rather than making a change in the financing, which I accepted and continued with the purchase. The car was delivered in January, and despite multiple inquiries I have been unable to get this resolved up to this point in June. Lastly, they recommended a shipping company that I did use. They sent a driver with a trailer that looked like it should have been taken out of service some time ago and who spoke zero English, while charging me $120 more than the agreed upon price. I am obviously just a sale to Hendrick Porsche, so I cannot recommend doing any business with them that isn't in person. EDIT: It is now just over 2 months later and I still have not received my money or my requested documentation. Beware their complete lack of desire for customer satisfaction. More

Update to my previous review - I have a friend that purchased a 2023 Corvette out of state before I purchased my Porsche from Hendrick. He still does not have his paperwork, title, nothing. He just paid for his third temp tag. With Hendrick, I had everything in days…smooth, easy, professional transaction. Glad I chose Hendrick! Would go to them again and again. Love my new car! More
