I do not write reviews. But once every year or so, I am so impressed with customer attention that I feel guilty if I do not let others know. I had service yesterday on my Porsche. I needed to go shopping while the service was being performed. I had not reserved a car, so Vince Clapp, Service Consultant, summoned a Premium Lyft to take me to the store. Two hours later and a carload of merchandise, Vince chose to come and pick me up rather than having to load the Lyft with goods and then have to transfer to my car when back at the dealership. During the ride I asked how it was to work for Hendrick Porsche...he was a screaming fan of the company, culture and his fellow employees. It was encouraging to see that customer service & employee satisfaction can co-exist in the 2020s. Well done Vince Clapp and the entire Hendrick Porsche team. More

So he asked if I would like to walk around and experience what porsche was truly about. Greg took the time to walk through the inventory with me while explaining every nuance of every body style. His knowledge was phenomenal. Then I came upon a carrera on the showroom floor amd just sat in awe. Thats when the true Hendricks experience became reality. Just picked up a 2020 Porsche Macan turbo.
