I recently purchased a Porsche Panamera4 from Greg Dressel and could not have been happier. I purchased a CPO GT3 from them in January (long distance). While I do love the car, I have to question the CPO process when the car was delivered with overfilled oil and an aftermarket exhaust tha distance). While I do love the car, I have to question the CPO process when the car was delivered with overfilled oil and an aftermarket exhaust that had the tips pushed up against the rear bumper. So far I have been unable to get any CPO documentation from them. There was also a price change on this car while we were working on exchanging money (again long distance). I was told I would receive the $5k back as a refund from my downpayment rather than making a change in the financing, which I accepted and continued with the purchase. The car was delivered in January, and despite multiple inquiries I have been unable to get this resolved up to this point in June. Lastly, they recommended a shipping company that I did use. They sent a driver with a trailer that looked like it should have been taken out of service some time ago and who spoke zero English, while charging me $120 more than the agreed upon price. I am obviously just a sale to Hendrick Porsche, so I cannot recommend doing any business with them that isn't in person. EDIT: It is now just over 2 months later and I still have not received my money or my requested documentation. Beware their complete lack of desire for customer satisfaction. More

Update to my previous review - I have a friend that purchased a 2023 Corvette out of state before I purchased my Porsche from Hendrick. He still does not have his paperwork, title, nothing. He just paid for his third temp tag. With Hendrick, I had everything in days…smooth, easy, professional transaction. Glad I chose Hendrick! Would go to them again and again. Love my new car! More

Eric Don-Jordon in the Parts department is extremely good at his job. Attempted to order a limited edition Salzburg No. 3 set of espresso cups for my new espresso "island" in my kitchen. This set was limit at his job. Attempted to order a limited edition Salzburg No. 3 set of espresso cups for my new espresso "island" in my kitchen. This set was limited and only two sets remained in the US Porsche inventory. I ordered the first set from another Porsche dealer but unfortunately one cup came loose in shipping and broke the other cup (shipped via FedEx). I called Hendrick Porsche and Eric assured me that these cups were properly packed and would arrive to me in tact via UPS. That's exactly what he did! I don't think I ever received any product in my 55 years on earth that was more carefully packed. He used cylindrical inflated protection wrappers, which wrapped around each cup and saucer. I literally believe this box and the contents could survive many trips over Niagra Falls! I'll go to Eric first in the future, knowing he is competent and understands what is needed in todays environment of shipping services like FedEx and the USPS, in which drivers don't care about what they are doing and will throw packages around with no concern for the contents or the damage of the shipment. You could have kicked this box from the truck to my door and it would have been just fine! Thank you Eric Don-Jordon for such great care with a small inexpensive item that I wanted in my collection!
