He was not immediately knowledgeable on potential slightly used car alternatives that were on the dealer website nor what pricing flexibility the dealership might not have on particular cars. But we worked through that, and I did buy a slightly used 2025 Outback. Had to wait a VERY long time to meet with business office on paperwork. More

My old 2017 Subaru Outback with 206 K miles needed an oil change and a new set of tires - Jeff Thomas in service at Hendrick Subaru took great care of everything . They had a really good price on tires with change and a new set of tires - Jeff Thomas in service at Hendrick Subaru took great care of everything . They had a really good price on tires with installation. They also have an oil change plan that covers 3 years of oil changes, t its very affordable. You can't beat the service here! I highly recommend this place. And they are across from Southpoint Mall so you can go shopping while they take care of the car. More

I had an issue with Mia long wait even tho I had made an appointment. The service manager came out to talk to me for 1/2 hour to explain the situation.
