This dealership is clean and well maintained but it seems to be struggling. The sales team work very hard to draw you in but don’t give you the significantly higher final price till right before you sign. Th to be struggling. The maintenance department keep careful records of services you need to do but don’t “keep track” of services you have prepaid for at vehicle purchase. They no longer seem to do the complementary “trip check” that other Subaru dealerships provide and have regularly missed simple issues like windshield wipers and headlight bulbs. I really liked this dealership several years ago when I bought my car, but something in their leadership or policies has changed. More

Excellent and timely service. I am a new customer, traveling to this location and had a problem with my windshield wipers and windshield fluid dispenser.
