I had a great experience at Hendrick Toyota Apex thanks to Ashley Kurtzman. I already knew which car I wanted since I did two test drives at another dealership, but that other dealership was horrible in te to Ashley Kurtzman. I couldn't get a response from them via multiple phone, email or text messages when I was ready to make a purchase and they even screwed up the details on the purchase invoice (no VIN# and wrong car color) while still wanting me to sign. I only met Ashley once in person, the day I showed up at the dealership in Apex to finalize the details of the purchase, but she was super prompt with responding to all of my email messages and text messages and made the whole experience so much easier than I thought it would be. We lucked into getting a new sienna ordered under 2 months since a deal didn't get through, and didn't have to do a long wait for a sienna that was a typical 6-12 months. The finance person or business manager Caleb worked a very good deal for the warranties since we bought 2x from Hendrick in the past year. I only wished we could of picked what was ordered on the car and not put every single package on though.
