Our salesperson was Sneha, she was Very pleasant and helpful. I would give her 4put of 5 stars. Our only complaint with her was there could have been a little more follow through as far as keeping us in helpful. I would give her 4put of 5 stars. Why we wouldn’t recommend the dealership is that we feel that they weren’t honest with us. The first instance is we found a car on line that we were interested in, we called, we’re told it was available, made an appointment to come in to see it, when we got there 1 1/2 hrs later we were told it was sold. Sneha was very apologetic and helped us to find another car that really was more what we were looking for. But not on the lot. We were told it could be there in 72 hours, (this on a Friday). It wasn’t. We were notified on the following Wednesday that they had delivered the wrong car and the right one would be in on Thursday. I’m sorry but that doesn’t pass the smell test. What sales mgr wouldn’t check to make sure that the driver had the right vin number? On Thursday we were told it would arrive at noon but we were finally called that the car was there at 5:30pm. We were given the mileage on the purchase date. When we picked up the car the following Friday, it only had an additional 30 miles! Sorry, it doesn’t take 1 1/2 days to drive a car in that’s only 30+ miles away! More
