This was my third bad experience at this location, and unfortunately it may be my last. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. However, in that video you can clearly see a nail in one of my tires..yet the van was returned to me without anyone mentioning it. When I checked the vehicle at home, there were actually a nail in two tires. I brought it back the next day. While they repaired both tires at no cost, there was no explanation for how this was missed. After multiple similar issues, I no longer feel confident bringing my vehicle here. More
