Another local dealership told me there were over 100 people on a waitlist for a RAV4 Hybrid, so I was truly surprised when she called me back within a couple of days with information on a hybrid exactly like I was looking for. (It had fabric seats, but we customized it, and she had the leather seats installed prior to delivery). Total time from my first inquiry to taking delivery was less than 3 weeks. If I could give her 10 stars for her professionalism and customer service, I would! More

I had made a $1000 deposit. I had asked the sales representative Wale several times if the deposit was refunded and he assured me that it was. In less than 36 hours I had change I had asked the sales representative Wale several times if the deposit was refunded and he assured me that it was. In less than 36 hours I had changed my mind due to the ad-ons they had which didn't work for me. I contacted Wale and stated I needed to cancel and needed a refund. He then sated the deposit was non-refundable or which i had told him this wasn't so. Only to find out this was written on their fine pint. It is one thing to say something and it is another to deceive your customers and steal from them. How does one explain spending 1000 dollars in less than two days on services/ products that was canceled. Very dishonest people. More
