The sales person was good and the finance guy too, they did what they were supposed to do. I left the car for them to fix it 3 times) and since them they started giving me a VERY hard time getting the job done. I have a video recorded by one of the girls that works at the service area where anyone can hear the noise the car does when I break. The mechanic said that they couldn’t replicate it there so they can’t fix it. And also also he said that the girl that recorded the video is not a mechanic. Then one of them drove with me. I could replicate the noise and then he said that I am breaking the car too hard. They gave me some explanations about how hybrids car are and they made me feel a stupid woman that doesn’t know how to drive. The finance guy even said that I can have an appointment with the sales guy so he can explain to me in details all the features of my vehicle. In a polite words he said that I need to learn about my car before I complain about it. Well, to end this history I just feel that I bought a lemon and I will try to fix my car in another place even knowing that they should do because I paid for a expensive extended warranty… More
