I lost my 2013 RAV4 in an accident and needed to find a new reliable ride. Knowing I loved my previous purchase from Hendrick Toyota Apex, I knew I wanted another RAV. Her knowledge, kindness and genuine concern for assuring I was going out the door happy shined through the minute I first spoke with her on the phone. She is thorough and tended to all questions with great competency. I knew I was her focus when we were working on this and she put me at ease at a time I could have felt pressured. I hope to have my newest RAV model for a long time ahead. I hope it serves me as well as my last (only maintenance and wear and tear issues for 8 years). Sarena Williams was the Toyota Client Advisor who worked with me. It has been 12 years since I purchased my last vehicle. She was absolutely fabulous. I explained my budget, what I needed from my next car, and that a Hybrid RAV4 was the vehicle for me. She was open, honest, and respected my time as her own. Sarena went the extra mile during the whole experience. In today's pandemic market, I really needed my consumer dollar to go as far as possible. I believe Sarena worked hard to do just that. She stayed late that day answering every single question/concern I had and even helped move items from the Honda to my new vehicle! Sarena really listened to what was important to me--especially in protecting the interior of the car. I do a lot of driving for work, mud and dirt is just going to happen! We drove off the lot with "B B" my new (used) RAV4 and some protective mats to keep her clean. That was a wonderful surprise and proved I was more than just another transaction.
