We just purchased a 2022 TRD Off-Road Premium 4Runner from Hendrick Toyota. We have been working with Sarena Williams since September 2021 to get us the perfect 4Runner. Sarena checked back multiple time from Hendrick Toyota. We have been working with Sarena Williams since September 2021 to get us the perfect 4Runner. Sarena checked back multiple times trying to get us what we wanted. We just had to be patient. I am a former 4Runner owner and wanted all the bells and whistles, when it finally arrived we are so excited. It had everything we needed in a 4Runner. It didn't have the off-road mats in it as they promised and she put them in herself. It was such an easy vehicle buying experience. Thank you again for everything! More

I recently purchased my RAV4 hybrid here. My salesperson, Tom McClay, made the process so easy and kept communicating with me to ensure I got the car I wanted and on time. He really made me feel comfortable and was super friendly throughout the whole process. I honestly had negative assumptions about dealerships, but Tom definitely changed my mind. I purchased my vehicle in August 2019. When I I purchased my vehicle in August 2019. When I first got my car, the service was wonderful. And, I do understand that Covid has changed m I purchased my vehicle in August 2019. When I first got my car, the service was wonderful. And, I do understand that Covid has changed many things in our world, but, the one thing it should not change is kindness and good service. Unfortunately, I feel that both have degraded at Hendrick Toyota. In September 2021, I noticed that my 2018 Prius, which I purchased from Hendrick in 2019, had areas of paint that had eroded off my hood. I called to come in to have it looked at. When I first called, I was told that the White Pearl paint had a recall. Of course as you know, for whatever reason, Toyota has recalled the paint on every other model but not on the Prius. Nonetheless, I brought my car in to have it looked at. When I pulled up, a young lady came to my vehicle. I told her why I was there and she was extremely rude. I mean, not just rushed, but very rude. I understand you are busy, I understand you are short staffed, but, there is never an excuse to b e rude to a customer the second they open the door. Thankfully, she was very quick to pass me off to someone else right away and I did not have to deal with her. The Sales Manager then came over to inspect my car. He explained to me that no, the paint was not covered and asked me to come into his office. Once in his office, he told me he would have to call and find out what would need to be done to see if Toyota would be able to cover the cost of repairing my paint. I left and he told me he would call me once he knew what I needed to do. That was on September 21, 2021. After not hearing from him for 2 weeks,(in his defense, my voicemail message did not say my name, but, he found have still left a message and didn’t) I called and spoke to the sales manager who told me I should go to the collision center and have them do an estimate and send it over to him. He told me that once he received it, he would call me and let me know if Toyota would cover the repair, if they would not, or if they would cover a portion of it. I asked if I needed an appointment to do that and was told "no, you can just go in". So, the following week, I went in only to be told that they were booked for that day and I could make an appointment to come in the following week. So, on October 18th, I went to have an estimate done. I was told it would be sent to David and gave them the fax number or email he had given me. I then called and left a message to let him know I had the estimate completed and it would be sent over to him. I also let him know that in the future, he should not tell customers that they did not need an appointment just in case he was not aware of that. Today is January 18th, 2022. I am still waiting to hear back. Not a word in over 2 months. That is horrendous service. My husband and I both purchased a car from this dealership in 2019, me in August and him in September. And then, because we were so pleased, we brought our son in in Sept 2019 and he also purchased a car from this dealership after completing his Basic Training and Airborne Training. He is now stationed at Ft. Bragg, and is constantly asked by new paratroopers where they can go to get a vehicle. Initially, he sent them to Cary, to this dealership. Thankfully, I have worked with one of the local Toyota dealerships and just today I did drive home in my brand new Prius! Not white and not from Hendrick. I am saddened by the rudeness and the fact that until I sent an email, I did not hear back. Even the email I received back was ONLY after I also contacted Hendrick Home office saying I hadn’t heard anything back. More
Great experience all the way around. Jen Stern assisted us with our trade in and with the purchase of our new Jeep. We feel very confident in the Hedrick name as well. We had a wonderful experience with Tom McClay at this dealership. He was able to get us the EXACT vehicle we were looking for (that we were unsuccessful in locating at three other dealerships!) I met 'Brian Blum' when I was in the showroom. After that, I gave all my preferences to him to buy a new car. Then he took care of all the stuff for me to get a new 2022 Sienna car in a week even in the that, I gave all my preferences to him to buy a new car.
