Brought my 2023 Tacoma in for my 24k service was greeted by Morgan who was professional and friendly. She kept me updated as I waited. Highly disappointed I have left 3 messages and no service manager has returned my call. Been going to this dealership for many many years. Witnessed a wreck a few days ago and went to pull my dashcam footage manager has returned my call. Been going to this dealership for many many years. Witnessed a wreck a few days ago and went to pull my dashcam footage. Imagine my surprised not only was it not recording, IT WAS COMPLETELY UNPPLUGGED! Last recording was the dealership being pulled in for routine oil change. These are not plugs that can accidently fall out, They are also hidden behind rearview mirror so I did not see it was unplugged for at least 2 to 3 months. This isn't something you check every day "just because" so I had no idea. DONT TOUCH MY PRIVATE PROPERTY IN MY VEHICLE AND BE CLEAR IN THE SERVICE BAY IF YOU ARE GOING TO DISCONNECT ANY DASHCAMS! More importantly PLUG IT BACK IN! If I didn't have a long term oil change agreement I would go else where. This is already a 35 mile round trip for me and I am not a fan at all that the service department took it upon themselves to disconnect my camera. Shame on you!!!! This camera would not have impeded a routine oil change in any way. More
