I had not bought a new vehicle since 1997! Rose and I were intimidated by the whole process, to say the least! Tom McClay came to our rescue and made us feel at ease from the start! Kenny Beavers was the person who helped me with my first new car. I have never bought a car from a dealer, always from individuals. So, I was quite aprehensive. This dealership listened to my concerns and made an appointment for me to come in within 30 minutes of my phone to speak with a sales consultant. I met with Ryan Phillippi and Michael Johnson. Ryan had already chosen 2 used vehicles for me to view based on my preferences before I even arrived. When I arrived at the business I was greeted promptly. Ryan showed me the vehicles and worked with me to make a deal. Ryan was great to work with and went above and beyond to secure my desired car. He kept me well-informed about the process and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, offering water, etc. It was a pleasure working with him! I would highly recommend him!
