On April 20 2026 we brought our 2023 RAV4 into Hendrick Toyota of Apex Service Department for what we expected to have done was our Warranty Maintenance that was covered under ToyoGuard Platinum. Malcolm Toyota of Apex Service Department for what we expected to have done was our Warranty Maintenance that was covered under ToyoGuard Platinum. Malcolm Bright was our advisor.. Due to mis-interpreted Maintenance for vehicle 36 months - some services we didn't expect were done and we were charged. We called and spoke to Malcolm the next day. He listened to our concerns and questions and handled the matter very professionally to our satisfaction. He is definitely a Asset Employee! Thank you Hendrick Toyota for such goog service.
