Xavier did a great job in guiding us through the new Grand Highlander we purchased. This was not the original vehicle we wanted because what we wanted would have taken up to 6 months before we got it. Grand Highlander we purchased. We did not get any pressure from him or feel obligated or anything. The facts are, there's a shortage out there and we had to order what we wanted.
