Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for service and I was greeted with kindness driving my car to the time I left. The service manager was nice and professional. I was told that I will be needing an alignment and tires balance. I will be taking my car back to Hendrick Toyota to have this work done. I don't trust anyone with my vehicle but I do trust Hendrick Toyota technicians. These guys are really good. More
