Great service on Apple Play install I dropped my car off; the service dept at Toyota of Apex at 8:50 in the morning and they arranged for a Lyft ride which picked me up 10 minutes later. I dropped my car off; the service dept at Toyota of Apex at 8:50 in the morning and they arranged for a Lyft ride which picked me up 10 minutes later. Four hours later they called me and arranged for a Lyft ride back (again only a 10 minute wait) and then The assistant service manager spent the needed time explaining how to use Apple Car Play. For those with an iPhone, it is a dream. A whole lot simpler and less hassle than Entune. Thank you Toyota of Apex service dept! More

When I was called that my truck was ready, I went out and waited... After 5 minutes I saw what appeared to be my truck drive off to the back of the building. Was it not washed yet? I inquired about it. The response received was, what if you have been in the bathroom. What does this matter? If it is done, it should be waiting for you. It always has been before now. When it showed up, the truck was dripping wet, with patches of soap still on the body. Guess who had to detail it dry? At least they had a dry, clean cloth. I inquired why it was still wet. It always felt that all he wanted from me was money--I was set on never coming back. During my last oil change, I met Brian N. If you're looking for a service assistant manager at this location, I highly recommend you selecting him when setting your appt. Brain went above and beyond when explaining everything my car needed. He is a genuine guy who truly listened to my concerns. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and trusted his opinion. I ended up getting an oil change that day and found out I also needed a new battery. A few months later (yes, I know), I went back to get a battery replacement. I definitely recommend Brian N and I hope to come back! More

I was told the part would be ordered, then painted to match my car As a rule very satisfied. Recently I went to have a broken outside mirror replaced. I was told the part would be ordered, then painted to match my car, the I would be called to come in and have it installed. When I went in to have the mirror installed and as I drove away noticed the mirror was black....my car is white. I went back into the service area and asked why the mirror had not been painted and was informed that I would have to take the car to a body shop to have that done. Painting the mirror was included on the original invoice??? More

Longest I have ever waited for an oil change I am so disappointed in the service I received. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and inspection for 11:20am on 9/26. I let them know that I am so disappointed in the service I received. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and inspection for 11:20am on 9/26. I let them know that I would be waiting and they told me that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. They were busy so when I realized that I had been there for 2 hours, I figured they just got backed up. After 2 hours and 15 mins, one of the workers told me that the car failed inspection because it needed an alignment and 2 new tires. I declined to get the work done because I was already there for so long. I told him that it had been 2 1/2 hours and that I needed to go get my kids from school. He told me that it would be a few more minutes. 30 mins later, I walked to the service desk to ask them why my car still wasn't ready. They then told me that the valet would be pulling it up shortly. After another 15 mins, I finally got my car. The only work that was done was an oil change. 3 1/2 hours! When they gave me the keys, they told me that they wouldn't charge me. Well, that wasn't much of a consolation because the car is a lease and the work was already covered. Needless to say, I will not be leasing my car from a Hendrick Dealer again. My lease is up next month and I will be looking for another dealership. More
