Excessive charges for parts and work I was shocked in taking my RAV4 Limited edition 2015 model in for repair at the same dealership where I bought the car, where it has been taken religi I was shocked in taking my RAV4 Limited edition 2015 model in for repair at the same dealership where I bought the car, where it has been taken religiously for every service and maintianance need, as suddenly the driver's door will not lock or unlock by hand or remote. The cost to repair, $611 including a $371 charge for one small electricla part that clips in where the other clips out inside the door frame. The balance just to open the door panel, replace and place back. I find it outrageous. I am not sure that I will use Toyota Henrick Apex again and this shock has put me off buying from them again as I was about to do. More

We drive 3 hours to pick up our brand new Camry and I must say driving that far to get a car it was worth the travel. Kay was truly has a welcoming spirit and she stayed with us without the process make sure that everything was to our likening. Had to wait over 3 hours for a tire rotation! I had used this dealership exclusively and regularly for routine maintenance. This time I went in to have the tires rotated and possible oil change. I I had used this dealership exclusively and regularly for routine maintenance. This time I went in to have the tires rotated and possible oil change. I set up an appointment on line. When I dropped off my vehicle I was asked if I'd be staying. I said no, I was dropping off, I had two children at home. After waiting to hear for 3 hours!, for what I thought would be a maybe 30 min appointment, I called to check on my vehicle. They didn't know the status and thought it might be done. When I asked why my vehicle hadn't been serviced at the 7:10 appointment. I was then told that when I say I'm dropping off my vehicle I would be getting it back at the end of the day. No where on the confirmation email for my appointment did it identify this "policy". When I dropped off my vehicle and asked if I was staying, at no time was I told that this would mean my vehicle would be placed on low priority and not available until the end of the day! I would have told them, that although I was dropping it off, I needed it back as soon as possible. When I was, understandably upset, at the gross delay of my vehicle being serviced, I was only told that this was the policy and I should have known. I'm very disappointed at this dealership not being fully forthright in their policy. I will not be using them again. More
