I did, and for a oil change and tire rotation to take 2 hours is completely unacceptable. I assure you, I will think twice the next time I get my car serviced. More

He checked in with me to tell me the service was complete but to ask if they could go ahead and do the inspection since it is coming up so as to save me a return trip. A telephone call alerting me that my vehicle was ready was quite an awakening because my smartphone was set to ring in my hearing aids. The volume was set oh high.
