Worst sales people We have been going to this dealership for the past 5 years for service. Also bought couple of cars from their sales department. People are extremely nice and honest and do not push you to get any extra service items. On the other hand, our first car buying experience from their sales was good. However, we had an awful experience when we bought our second car recently. They didn't let us walk out during our first meeting and pushed us into making a deal. They didn't have the exact vehicle to show us all the features, so they walked us through all the features on the computer. We trusted them as we have had good experience with this dealership and other Toyota dealerships in general. The price we paid was not that great but we agreed as it was brand new model. In the end, when we got the vehicle and after driving it next day, we found out one of the main feature that made us decide to buy this car which they showed during our the first sales meeting and was promised as standard was not there. We tried to contact the salesmen but they were not willing to help rectify the situation and even gave little impolite response. We tried to contact the branch sales manager and left voicemails and sent emails but didn't receive any response at all even as a courtesy. Highly recommend for their service department but NEVER go to this dealership for buying cars. More
