Joad kept me well-informed throughout the process, sending frequent updates via text message, which is my preferred method of communication. His attentiveness and professionalism made the experience smooth and hassle-free. In addition to the excellent service, I also visited the parts department where Mark was incredibly helpful. He located two parts for me and informed me that I could save 25% or more by ordering them online and having them shipped to the store. Thanks to his advice, I saved $101 on a $221 parts order.
