Where do I start! I found a 2014 Sequoia that I’ve been looking for all across the country. Reached out on Thursday and was connected with Yesenia. What a rockstar! Being 10 hours away she was able to provide me with pictures and videos that shows how perfect this vehicle actually was! Even to the point of having a technician put it up on a lift and sending multiple pictures and videos. We did all of our negotiation over the phone all pending my inspection. Fast forward to Saturday morning at 2:45am, my wife and I left from Indiana to drop me off at St. Louis Airport. Flew from STL to Raleigh where Yesenia came and picked me up! Arrived to the dealership and she had the Sequoia already detailed and ready to go with one hiccup, there was something in the tire. Immediately her and other employees jumped to get it fixed. They ended up not being able to patch it so they just replaced it at no cost to me! Once the tire was fixed and I was able to test drive paperwork was a breeze and they got me in the road to drive back to Indiana. To summarize, what an awesome dealership experience this was. Yesenia was the key to this success. Her attention to detail and customer care was over the top! I couldn’t recommend them more! More

I have another vehicle from a different Hendrick dealership and have not received the same excellent customer service there is I did here.
