I had a great experience at Hendrick Toyota Apex when purchasing my 2025 Toyota RAV 4. I had gone there about a year ago to purchase a car and was completely turned off by the salesperson. This time around I met Robert, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was focused on my wants and needs rather than being a pushy salesperson. He took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and ensure I was comfortable with my decision. He had the patience of a saint, and his dedication stood out. Just before finalizing the purchase, I realized I had made a critical mistake. I never told Robert I wanted AWD. Without hesitation, Robert and the finance team stayed hours past closing to locate the exact vehicle with AWD and complete the deal, all without making me feel like an inconvenience. Their lighthearted approach turned what could’ve been a seriously stressful situation into a positive and enjoyable experience. 5 stars. Highly recommend.  More
