Purchased a new Toyota Sienna from Hendrick. Worked with Tatsiana Ivashkevich - awesome dealer, no issues whatsoever. Everything was explained clearly, from the price to additional options. Not pushy at all - we had complete freedom to refuse any add-ons we didn't need. Tatsiana was in touch, we had her e-mail, her cell phone. Any questions were answered almost immediately. We ended up ordering a car, as the dealership didn't have the color we wanted in stock, and waiting for it for over a month. Tatsiana was in touch the entire time with updates. So 5 stars for Tatsiana. 3 stars for the finance person, though, as he was the one who got pushy with trying to sneak extended warranties into the contract without explaining what it was. All in all, the final purchase process took over three hours, with the finance guy taking up over half of that time. More
