This starts looking like a negative review but is not. However, I was finished using H Toyota for Service because of botched appt scheduling, and really poor communication through the website. I came in today only because my replacement shop sent me there for wiper blades and to look at sunroof. I made an appt but when I arrived, having fought through the construction, I found once again that they had no knowledge of my appt. I was upset and prepared to leave - but then Kristie came to my rescue. She understood and helped me understand what had happened, got wipers installed and set me up to come back for my sun roof. She took a disgruntled customer and with a mile and expertise made things right. This starts like a negative review but it is not. Kristie saved a customer and made up for some unfortunate past experiences. Because of her, I gave a 5 star review and will be back for my sunroof and routine maintenance. Clarke More
