His great attentiveness and active listening skills and immediate actions proved to make my Leasing experience easy. I also want to commend Caleb from Finance for offering me the best possible lease payment and giving me a fantastic option on my payoff for my Kia Forte trade in. At lease signing, I even bought the dent protection package after listening to his excellent description of the advantages and comparing and contrasting scenarios. All in All, I received excellent service! From the detail, front desk, sales, and finance departments, I was treated like Royalty!
