Had an appointment at 8am. Showed up at 7:45, didn't leave until 10:20. Almost 3 hours to get an oil change completed. First I will admit I went to Scott Clark, sat there for at least 20minutes, never even saw a sales person. Sucks for them, I knew then I was going to buy a truck at Hendrick of concord because that’s on my at least 20minutes, never even saw a sales person. Sucks for them, I knew then I was going to buy a truck at Hendrick of concord because that’s on my way home. I was pissed no one greeted me. I was ready to spend too! Walked out from there and headed right over to Hendricks at exit 49. Immediately I was greeted by Jake (I hope that’s right) I told him what I was looking for, Tacoma/Tundra. We went through all of them, we looked at the used trucks, new trucks, talked a bunch about my budget and what would be the best option based on price. Of course I wanted the more expensive Tundra. If my wife is going to get mad at me for buying a truck it at least has to be the perfect truck. Back inside the Hendrick team worked on the numbers, they even ran the numbers for the Tacoma for me just to compare. I chose the Tundra, and they went above and beyond to work with me on price and financing. After that was all taken care of I met with Matt (Marine Vet) finance manager. He was great. Zero pressure on the options, went over each one, honest discussion on what I was using the truck for and what options fit that usage. He was so efficient, the process was seamless as both the salesman and finance manager we both on their A game. Long story short. Customer engagement- A Salesman Jake (hope that’s right)- A+ Finance manager- A+ In and out time with a new truck- A+ There was not a moment I felt any pressure to buy. My wife bought her Land Cruiser there a while back and she had the same experience. The team just flat out knows what they are doing Thanks Hendrick Roger More
