Kalvin McCollum went back several times to sales manager James Ramirez who found the options to get us the deal we needed. What a team. I appreciate how respectful, non-pushy, and, caring Kalvin McCollum was as he was firm and clear on what the dealership could do but still showing he cared about my needs even while super busy.
