We had a very nice, friendly and knowledgeable new salesman, Steven . The other guys involved were, too. Steven wasn’t pushy at all, which we appreciated A LOT. The 6 hours (wear them down tactic was a bit frustrating by the different managers. There were 3 other Red 2025 Rav 4’s in the area(one my husband already looked at in Salisbury and another in Huntersville. I was told they’d (guys at Concord) would detail” the car before we left… figuring thats what they were doing most of that time. As we walked to it, after making the deal… it initially looked great. But as i looked it over, the lower front bumper and lights were still mud splattered as before, just not on the hood and headlights. The center back seat had two dirty smudges, that they were supposed to take care of, but didn’t. We had been there (waiting for the most part) for 6 hours, it was already putting us in Rush hour traffic, so we wanted to leave, plus have had no lunch. Oh…thi is a BIG Deal, we were handed 1 (ONE) key fob, not two as we have always had… with our other 5 Toyota’s and our Honda! Was told, “well, it’s really expensive $400 - $600.” SERIOUSLY!? We live in Statesville, Concord is a big deal to get to these days I have my RAV4, it is beautiful and rides nice . I understand it’s a 2025 but it has more touch-up scratches that I or anyone else noticed (car was always between two others so shading helped hide what should have been obvious…. I do love it… am sorry I didn’t give Huntersville a shot since they sold me the 2013… but I-77 is worse to deal with. Steven did a good job, as did the others, but a bit more honesty and disclosure would have been nice. This is our 6th Toyota in 47 years… “my 5th”. Will contact our dealership about another key fob. Can not recommend Concord who claims to fame marketing on social media as compared to a person and integrity. (Steven was super to what he was given… oh, you might want to remind salesmen of what standards, especially warranties, come with new and used cars. More
