I purchased a used 23 Highlander from Hendrick Toyota in Concord. I worked with Brian with my deal. I have bought all my cars since the 1990s at your dealership and have a pretty good impression of your company. At this point we felt left in the dark as to how long the service would take to complet dealership and have a pretty good impression of your company. If we knew up front we would have made arrangements to get my wife back home while the tire pressure sensors were being changed. Kris was quite upset. The cost for this service seemed very high. $593 in labor to remove/reinstall 4 tires and replace the sensors not to mention the cost of the sensors. Very disappointed. More
