Worst dealership, don't trust the name! Bought a Camry in June and it was a horrible experience then. The only reason I went there was because of the Hendrick name. When I got in a wreck and totaled the Camry in September, I called my finance guy and told him I wanted a refund from my extended warranty he said I would get the full amount back which was $1742. He convinced me to give them another try and so I went in and put a deposit down on a 2016 Tacoma for them to locate. I never got a single call from my sales person for a update and I even called to try to talk to him to get a update which I shouldn't of even had to do. I could not get a hold of him and even left a message. I decided to give him to Saturday. After Saturday went by I was done waiting for a response and decided to go up to the dealership and get my locate deposit and my extended warranty refund. When I went in to sign for the refund of the deposit and the extended warranty he told me that it was only $1542 which was 90% of the extended warranty. It was complete bull crap that I got lied to about receiving a refund of the $1742 which he made clear three weeks before that I would receive that refund. I will never be back to any Hendrick dealership after my two horrible experiences. I have sense bought a brand new Toyota at a different dealership and you wouldn't believe how different and how much better I was treated. Do not go to Hendrick just because of the name it is very false. More

They recommended $1881.05 worth of repairs before getting inspection and said it could not pass the inspection without $514.26 worth of repairs. I passed on their recommendation and took it down the street to another inspection station and got the inspection done with out any issues. I don't know how they sleep at night the way they try to rip people off! More

Thankfully my husband spoke with James Ramirez at Hendrick Toyota of Concord a whole different experience. Paul Shaw was our sales representative and he was so nice and friendly. He really helped us out and was very interested in our business. After a hour we closed the deal, Thanks to Paul we drove our new vehicle home. I will definitely return to Hendrick Toyota of CONCORD, NC and I will make sure we ask for Paul Shaw. More

Frendly, quick, no pressure service My daughter took her Scion TC for oil change service. The service was performed quickly at the appointment time. Brad was our service advisor. He called to advise me of a few small issues that needed to be taken care of. He provided us with a written description of the issues and offered to have the repairs taken care of while in for the oil service. They were not a safety issue so I elected to wait at this time. He was excellent in not giving the high pressure pitch on needed to do the repair right now and just being sure I was aware of the need for repair. This made the visit nice. I will continue to go were given great service with low pressure. More

Great Service Dept. I took my Highlander in for an oil change and free tire rotation. My very kind and knowledgeable service advisor was Bradley Treece. While my car was being serviced, I was assisted by Tyler Dunmeyer to look at cars on the lot that I may be interested in purchasing. My husband and I were very impressed with his helpfulness and knowledge of all the vehicles. I had been helped previously by Joe Burke but he was off that day. Joe was also very helpful in helping me narrow down my search. Bradley advised us when our car was ready and gave us a complete list of service that may be needed in the future, providing us with a printout as well as an email. He was certainly a pleasure to deal with. More
Worst car buying experience of my life I contacted this dealership last Monday regarding a 2010 Tundra. I expressed my interest in the truck. My wife was in touch with Joe Burke concerning the truck. My wife did all the leg work concerning my trade in. This was all started at 9 am. By 4pm we still hadn't heard back from Joe regarding financing. Finally I decided to go with my bank for the loan. After I finally tracked down Joe Burke I told him I was coming in to have my truck appraised and look at the Tundra. When I arrived 2 hours later the Tundra was parked under a tree in the corner of the lot. Maybe Joe thought I was not serious about purchasing the truck. I test drove it and looked it over. I told Joe I would return tomorrow with the check from my bank. I returned the next day, Joe said he would have the truck ready in 2 hours. The truck was not detailed and the rims were all damaged due to wheel acid. When I expressed my concern to Joe Burke he got defensive and said "the dents ect.. were there last night". Then as we are finishing the paperwork he tells me that he screwed the numbers up on my trade in so I will have to come out of pocket 40 dollars cash in the finance office. What a joke. The truck was delivered with no detail being done. But the biggest thing was the wheel damage done to all 4 rims from wheel acid in the detail shop. When I brought this to their attention the response was the wheels were already like that. This is a total flat out lie. Im in the process of obtaining the online photos of the truck to prove Im right. Then Joe Burke calls me Wednesday morning to arrange the dent removal, he then proceeds to ask me "Why did I complain to Sonny"? "She doesn't even sell cars". Then when I told him my reasoning for it and asked if he felt he did a good job he hung up on me. talk about a lack of professionalism. More
